Meet Velia Valencia, the owner of Ayuda En Espanol. With a passion for helping others, Velia has always felt the need to lend a helping hand. As a first-generation American whose first language is Spanish, she takes great pride in being able to communicate with her parents in their native language.

As a mother, wife, daughter, and sister, Velia's family is her biggest source of support and pride. Her personal achievements are difficult to categorize, as she cherishes her family and the milestones they have achieved together. In 2017, Velia accomplished her personal goal of finishing high school.

With over 25 years of experience in Human Resources, Velia has worked with a variety of employee benefits including health, dental, life insurance, and retirement plans. She has the ability to explain complex concepts in easy-to-understand terms, allowing her to help many people throughout her career. Velia finds the most fulfillment in helping people in Spanish, and that is the driving force behind her business, Ayuda En Espanol.
